Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our shop website are correct, errors sometimes may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and cancel your order and process a refund. We will then update our website with the correct price as soon as possible so the order can be replaced if needed. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may have placed based on information on our website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, delivery, payment terms, or return policies.

Prices advertised on our website include UK VAT but exclude any delivery charges. Delivery charges will be shown separately when viewing the Shopping Cart and must also be paid in advance.

Payment Methods

Payment will be made through the PayPal online portal on our website and shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.

Your right to cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order with us and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Your right to a refund

You should get a refund within 14 days of either us receiving the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods to us (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Please see the Returns section below for details on how to return your item.

Returning faulty goods

At CUB3D we do our very best to ensure that our products are packaged and arrive to you in good condition. Unfortunately on very rare occasions items may arrive damaged or with defects. If this does happen then please see the Returns section below for details on how to return your item.

On receipt of your returned item(s), once we have inspected them we will replace the item(s) free of charge (subject to availability). Should you request a refund, this will be made as soon as possible.

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.


You will normally receive an email from us when your order is accepted and your payment has gone through. This is confirmation of your order. The 2nd email you get from us will tell you that your order is complete and has been shipped. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided on our website. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by emailing including your order number and we will try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.
